Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of this website and to web design services provided by North Coast Web, a sole trader business based in Northern Ireland. By using this website or engaging my services, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and payment

• All quotes are bespoke and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Website projects start from £250, paid upfront unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Maintenance is billed monthly. Pay-as-you-go updates are billed per update.

Project delivery

I will agree the scope and timescale with you before work begins. Delays caused by late content, feedback or payment may affect delivery dates. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Your content

You confirm that any text, images or logos you supply are yours to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your website content.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the final website design and content created for you. I may show the work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

Demonstrations

Websites shown as interactive demonstrations are concept projects created to show my work. They do not represent real clients or businesses.

Cancellation

You can cancel a project or maintenance plan at any time by email. Payments for work already completed are non-refundable.

Liability

I take care to build reliable websites, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific search rankings. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland.
