North Coast Web is a web design business run by a sole trader based on the North Coast of Northern Ireland. This policy explains how I collect and use your personal information when you use this website or contact me.

• Details you send me through the contact form or by email, such as your name, email address, business name and project details.
• Basic, anonymous usage data collected through Google Analytics, such as pages visited and device type.

How I use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and provide quotes.
• To deliver and manage web design services you have agreed to.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.

My lawful bases are your consent, steps taken before entering a contract, performing a contract, and my legitimate interest in running and improving my business.

Sharing your information

I never sell your information. It is only shared with trusted service providers needed to run the business (for example email and analytics providers), or where required by law.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months. Client records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Email me to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
